My family has been living in Clatsop Country for four generations, I myself have lived from Long Beach to Warrenton to Seaside and I truly love this pocket of the Pacific Northwest.

 

I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. I have an extensive professional background in sales and management and as a NAR member my first priority is to make my clients happy.

 

I always strive to provide excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals and repeat business. Clients appreciate my flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen to unique home needs, negotiation and analytical skills and my ability to accurately price and market a home. My intimate knowledge of this region and my experiences of having lived here most of my life give me an enthusiasm and desire to make my home your home.

Originally from California, I made the move to Oregon in 2011, and in 2020, I found my home on the beautiful coast.

 

With a decade of experience in construction, I ran my own business, specializing in finish carpentry. This hands-on background has provided me with a unique perspective that I bring into my real estate career. Working closely with Jamay, I became her go-to contractor for all her listings, assisting buyers with home projects even after closing.

 

I transitioned into real estate as Jamay’s transaction coordinator for two years, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable insights into the buying and selling process. I officially became licensed in 2023, and I’m passionate about helping first-time buyers and those seeking vacation or second homes.

 

My construction expertise allows me to guide clients through home inspections with confidence, ensuring they fully understand the properties they’re considering. I’m dedicated to making the home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable, and I look forward to helping you find your perfect home!
